School Games breakout star Ashihundu attracts interest from Sweden

Musingu football coach Brendan Mwinamo confirmed that scouts from French and Swedish clubs are eyeing the teenager’s signature following his jaw-dropping performance at the Term Two Games football final.
Ashihundu was very instrumental in helping Musingu to reach the national final where they lost 1- 0 to St Joseph’s Kitale and also reached the East African School Games final.
Mwinano says the youngster is chasing a football scholarship with the interested clubs.
“The he has been scouted in Europe and all the scouts are waiting for him to clear his secondary education then he moves abroad. The boy is a joy to watch for any football lover,” said Mwinamo.
According to the head coach, Ashiundu’s natural talent, hard work and discipline has contributed a lot to his success on the pitch.
“He is naturally talented he is discipline and works very hard to improve himself both in training and during games remember he is very young so I believe he has a great future in the game,” added Mwinamo
The veteran tactician went on to say that the school management, the fans and mostly the great partnership they have with KCB saying it has contributed a lot to their achievements this season.
“The school management has been leading from the front KCB, our partners and the fans' very stakeholders played a key role in pushing us. I pray that spirit continues forever.”
