Police target next stage of CAF Champions League

After 3-1 victory in the first leg, the team is determined to seal their progression to the next stage and set new standards.
Police FC left back, Abud Omar expressed the team's ambitions, stressing that the qualification is non-negotiable ahead of their game tomorrow against Mogadishu City.
'We have set the bar and qualified. That is our aim as we continue," Omar said.
Captain David Ochieng' and Coach Etienne Ndayiragije, who all agreed that there is some pressure to improve on their performance from the first leg and achieve greater heights in the group stage.
"It is a pressure game because we need to win and keep out calm on the field," he stated.
Head Coach Ndayiragije added that they got an advantage from the first match and they will make sure to perform even better on the second leg,
"We will make sure to perform better than the last time to progress from this stage," Coach added.
Beyond the football, this fixture has been shadowed with off-field tension after Mogadishu City fans' disrespectful actions towards the Kenyan flag.
