The sugarmen dispatched Kisumu RFC 61-0, thrashed Embu RFC 53-0 and capped their dominance with a 28-0 victory over Menengai Oilers in the Rai Derby, the headline fixture of Pool D.
Both Kabras and Oilers went into the clash having blanked their opening two opponents, but it was Kabras who stamped their authority.
Mathias Osimbo opened the scoring before Rayvon Ambala added a try and conversion.
Brian Tanga then crossed the whitewash with Ambala converting to give the sugarmen a 21-0 lead at halftime.
Osimbo completed his brace in the second half, Ambala once again converting to seal the 28-0 win.
The result ensured Kabras finished top of Pool D ahead of their fierce rivals.
Bankers KCB were equally convincing, easing past Mean Machine 54-0, Mombasa RFC 31-0 and edging a stubborn Nakuru RFC 21-15 to seal top spot in their pool.
Strathmore Leos also claimed three wins, opening with a 25-7 victory over Mwamba before overwhelming Impala 31-0 and later seeing off Kenya Harlequins 27-14 to book their place in the last eight.
Daystar Falcons continued their fine form on the circuit, upsetting Homeboyz 15-7, beating Catholic Monks 24-12 and wrapping up with a 25-12 triumph over MMUST.
Defending circuit champions Kenya Harlequins endured a forgettable outing, failing to reach the Main Cup quarterfinals for the first time this year.
Quins were forced to field a reserve side after their first team boycotted the tournament over unpaid dues, drawing with Impala before losing to Mwamba and Strathmore Leos.
Hosts Mwamba also advanced after hard-fought wins over Quins and Impala.
