The family of two minors who vanished after boarding a Public Service
Vehicle (PSV) en route to their home in Lucky Summer, Baba Dogo area, is calling
for help to find them.
Three weeks have passed, and the whereabouts of the minors
remain unknown. The situation has left their grandmother battling hypertension
and forced her to halt her daily activities in search of the minors.
Juneida Ashuma, aged three, and Ketra Alisi, aged ten, have both
been missing for the last three weeks without a trace.
Their grandmother and Juneida’s mother are visibly distraught
over the disappearance of the two minors, with their photos serving as painful
reminders of the moments before they went missing.
Catherine Otindo, their grandmother, said: “Msichana anaitwa
Their mother Josphine Otindo, stated: "Walikuwa wanatoka Jamia
wakaambiwa watoto bado hawajafika.”
After filing a report at the Lucky Summer Police Station, the
last matatu they boarded was traced but the driver denied ever seeing the two
children.
akaniambia yeye saa ile mtu anasema shukisha, anashukisha haangaliangi mtu
anashukia wapi,” Catherine added.
Their efforts to locate Ketra and Juneida have reached a dead
end.
"Tumeenda Kibera, tumetafuta Dandora, sides za Zimmerman,
Kariobangi, Mathare na Kiamaiko," stated Josphine.
