The trade fair, organized by Afripeak Expo Kenya Ltd in partnership with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) and the Kenya Investment Authority, will bring together over 200 global exhibitors—mainly from China—and attract more than 6,000 visitors.
Running under the theme “Investing in Tomorrow – Trading for Prosperity,” the expo will showcase innovations in construction, manufacturing, energy, transport, textiles, ICT, and agriculture. It will also feature B2B networking, trade forums, and live product demonstrations.
KNCCI President Dr. Erick Rutto said the expo will help boost Kenya’s manufacturing sector, which currently contributes 7.6% to GDP, against a target of 15%.
“Industrial growth must be at the heart of our agenda—it is the engine that drives jobs, productivity, and innovation,” he said.
Afripeak Expo MD Gao Wei added that the event aims to strengthen Kenya–China trade ties, which hit USD 8 billion in 2024, while positioning Kenya as a regional industrial hub aligned with Vision 2030 and the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda.
