Jubilee Life Insurance has introduced JForce, a digital platform designed to simplify and speed up insurance distribution by enabling intermediaries to manage the entire customer journey online.
The platform integrates lead generation,
policy issuance, and commission tracking in a single interface. Intermediaries
can generate life cover quotes, capture customer details, issue policies
instantly, track leads and follow-ups, and view commission statements via mobile
app or web portal.
According to the Association of Kenya
Insurers’ 2023 Insurance Industry Market Report, life insurance penetration in
Kenya stands at 1.3% of GDP, with sector premiums growing 12% year-on-year.
While growth is being driven by younger, digitally engaged consumers, more than
80% of the working-age population remains uninsured.
Jubilee Life says JForce is aimed at
tackling common distribution challenges such as delays in policy issuance,
limited product reach in remote areas, and lack of real-time performance
visibility for agents.
CEO Asman Mugambi said the platform is intended to improve service delivery by giving intermediaries faster, more transparent, and more personalized tools. Deputy Group CEO Juan Cazcarra added that the move is part of a broader digital transformation strategy to make intermediary operations more efficient and expand customer access.
