Jubilee Asset Management Limited (JAML), a subsidiary of Jubilee Holdings, has opened its third Financial Advisory Centre at Nyali Centre Mall in Mombasa County.

The new office is intended to give individuals and institutions easier access to investment advisory services, consultations, and client support. It will also host sessions on financial literacy and investment education.

Mombasa, which contributes about 4.9 percent to Kenya’s GDP and has a population projected to reach 3.2 million by 2040, was identified by the fund manager as a key growth area.

Speaking at the launch, JAML Chief Executive Officer Dominic Kiarie said the county has potential to expand into sectors such as manufacturing, technology, and agriculture if backed by proper financial structures.

Alongside expanding its physical presence, the company has been investing in digital services. Its JAMHub self-service portal, introduced in 2024, allows investors to open and manage accounts for the Jubilee Money Market Fund (KES and USD) and the Jubilee Fixed Income Fund (KES).

JAML currently manages about KES 212 billion in assets, including retail and institutional funds. Its other advisory centres are located in Nairobi at Jubilee Exchange Building and The Chancery.
