Further, the detectives also combed through a residential flat in Rimba, Kiserian, occupied by James Ndirangu and John Mbugua Wanjiru, and recovered additional items, including two Airtel SIM cards, four Safaricom SIM cards, four smartphones, three button phones, and a loaded AK-47 rifle.
Officers also recovered one magazine, seven rounds of 7.62mm live ammunition, a pocket phone, a panga, a small axe, a police-issue button, and a metal rod.
Senior officers, including the OCPD Ongata Rongai, visited the scene, which was processed and documented by the Crime Scene Investigations (CSI) team from Rongai.
