The Chairman of Royal Media Services (RMS) and the majority shareholder of the Dr. S.K. Macharia appoints new management team for Directline Assurance Company, Dr. S.K. Macharia, has appointed new officers to manage operations at the Directline company.
Speaking when he took over the leadership of the company at its headquarters in Anniversary Towers, Dr. S.K. Macharia appointed Wilson Wambugu Maina as the acting Chief Executive Officer of Directline.
Stella Kinoti will serve as the Chief Finance Officer, with Elizabeth Kuria as her assistant. James Mari has been appointed as the Information Technology manager.
Dr. Macharia has also dismissed the former Directline Chief Officer, Sammy Kanyi, stating that the changes he has made will be implemented immediately.
Dr. Macharia expressed confidence that the new team will deliver on their mandate.
