The company, which began in 2010 as Smartware Solutions before rebranding to Walure in 2019, offers business consulting, tech training through its Walure Academy, and tech talent outsourcing.
It has previously executed projects for organisations including Interswitch, Wema Bank, Leadway Assurance and Equity Bank.
At the launch event held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, Walure outlined its intention to train and deploy more than 600 Kenyan tech professionals over the next year.
The Nairobi hub will offer practical training, lab sessions and project-based learning targeted at graduates and undergraduates seeking technical skills.
Walure Academy has trained over 3,500 people across Africa, a model the firm says it intends to replicate in Kenya to help address youth unemployment and meet rising demand for digital skills.
The firm also plans to introduce iPOS by Walure, its inventory and process automation software, to serve small and mid-sized online businesses in Kenya.
Speaking at the launch, Walure CEO Samuel Adeleye said the move into Nairobi aims to accelerate the company’s participation in East Africa’s digital economy and deepen partnerships across the region.
