Printam, Landmark Holdings partner to boost affordable housing programme
Printam Limited announced a partnership with global heavy-duty truck manufacturer Howo, handing over 13 concrete mixers to Landmark Holdings Limited.

has made a landmark move to strengthen Kenya’s affordable housing agenda by
powering the country’s infrastructure and logistics sector with reliable,
sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
In a bold step
towards empowering local industries, the company announced a partnership with
global heavy-duty truck manufacturer Howo, handing over 13 concrete mixers to
Landmark Holdings Limited — one of Kenya’s leading construction firms.
According to
Printam’s Chief Executive Officer Hossein Goudarzi, the company’s mission is
rooted in supporting industries that share in the vision of uplifting local
infrastructure.
“Of course we are
part of this industry, we are part of this economy, we know the concerns of
government. In line with affordable housing we approached the best contractor
in this area to assist them develop a product and introduce it to the market to
reduce cost and to make work more fast and efficient,” said Goudarzi.
The collaboration
aims to address the logistical and production challenges often faced in the
construction of affordable housing units - a key government priority under the
national housing programme.
Landmark Holdings
Limited CEO Harveer So. Sethi expressed confidence that the partnership would
enhance efficiency and output across their housing projects.
“We believe with
increase in our fleet our work in the affordable housing programme will be more
efficient, faster and of better quality. Prior to making this decision we did a
lot of market research on all the trucks in terms of affordability, reliability
and sustainability and we found the Howo truck mixers as the right product,”
said Sethi.
The newly acquired
fleet of Howo concrete mixers is engineered to deliver high performance even in
Kenya’s demanding terrain.
In line with the
government’s affordable housing initiative, Landmark Holdings says the move
aligns with its commitment to low-cost, sustainable production.
The company
emphasized that adopting modern, efficient equipment will not only speed up
construction timelines but also ensure that more Kenyans have access to decent
and affordable homes.
