President William Ruto on Monday launched the expanded Universal Health Coverage (UHC) rollout under the Social Health Authority (SHA), marking a transformative milestone for healthcare service delivery across Kenya.
Speaking at the national launch in Nairobi, the Head of State highlighted that all Level 4, 5, and 6 public facilities have now received standardized diagnostic equipment and modern emergency supplies.
"Healthcare is a constitutional right for every Kenyan regardless of their socioeconomic standing. Today we embark on an era where no family will be driven into poverty due to medical bills," President Ruto stated.
