Addressing the public in a self-recorded video, Sudi urged locals not to engage in violence, political chaos, or taking the law into their own hands, emphasizing that Kenya belonged to everyone.
"Watu wa Emurua-Dikirr, nataka niwaambie, tafadhali karibisheni huyo wa Wamunyoro Express. Karibisheni Mr. One-Term MP, karibisheni Mr. Quarter-Term Deputy President," he said.
"Hatutaki fujo yoyote, hatutaki kelele yoyote. Wacha aje awafanyie sinema hapo, aongee maneno ya Kasongo, sijui atasema nini, ingawa mnajua hana sera."
Sudi went on to urge the residents of Emurua-Dikirr to calmly welcome divergent opinions and political ideas, stressing that eveyone had a right to politic, as that was the Kenya eveyone should envision.
"Lakini kitu nawaomba, hakuna mtu yeyote ako na ruhusa ya kutumia sheria mkononi mwake. Huyo mtu akuje, mkaribisheni hapo, akuje aseme uongo yake hapo, atembee. Mwingine akuje siku ingine, mkaribisheni, hiyo ndiyo Kenya tunataka," he said.
While saying that Gachagua lacked any solid policy ideas, and was there to merely bash President William Ruto and advance the 'Wantam' agenda, Sudi nevertheless urged the people to let him do this thing and leave, calling for no unnecessary bloodletting.
Sudi's remarks come hours before Gachagua’s scheduled tour of Emurua-Dikirr Constituency.
The DCP leader planned his trip to the area to pay homage and visit the home and family of the late Emurua-Dikirr Member of Parliament, Johana Ng'eno, whose mother publicly welcomed him to her home.
Ahead of the rally, heightened political friction and rumors of potential disruption generated security concerns and tension across the constituency.
