Old Mutual says the platform aims to make financial advice more personal, efficient and client-focused. It targets simplification of the process by consolidating client information, portfolio management, and commissions tracking into one secure portal.
According to Old Mutual, Anchor 360 offers less duplication and more clarity to advisors and smoother and transparent financial solutions to customers.
Martin Karenju, Managing Director at Old Mutual Life Assurance Kenya, expressed the platform key role in enabling the advisor to dedicate more time to client needs and delivering a tailored solution.
“We designed Anchor 360 with advisors at the heart of the experience. After a successful three-month pilot, we are confident that this platform gives our partners the tools to thrive in a competitive marketplace, while enabling clients to enjoy a more personalized and efficient experience,” Karenju stated.
Karenju also noted that the digital platform does not aim to replace the human touch but amplify it, showcasing the evolving role of advisors.
“For years, advisors have wrestled with the tension between building relationships and handling tedious administrative work such as onboarding, paperwork, and compliance checks,” he added.
“Anchor 360 aim to reduce turnaround times, increase transparency, and create greater opportunities for advisors to focus on client engagements and building lasting relationships.”
The platform offers enables users to register, log in and manage their profile. It is further supported by automated verification, document uploads, and customer support function; OTP authentication and live assistance.
Old Mutual also says Anchor 360 incorporates a commissions management tool that gives advisors full visibility into payments made and those payable across multiple currencies.
