Kimilili: Over 300 pupils forced to learn under trees after wind destroys classrooms

More than three hundred pupils of Nusembe RC Primary School in Kamukuywa, Kimilili sub county, have been forced to attend classes under trees after a storm destroyed three classrooms.
The head teacher of the school Mr. Joseph Masinde said the destruction happened on Wednesday night.
Masinde said: “We are appealing to the administration of the county to help with rebuilding of the three classes so that learning can continue smoothly.”
The school chairman Mr. Denis Musamali has urged political leaders from the county to extend support to the school.
