KFAF officials attend NOCK training to strengthen sports leadership

The training, which focused on developing leadership and governance across sports federations, covered key topics such as Athletes at the Heart of the Movement, The Games, and Principles of Structure and Leadership within the Olympic Movement.
According to KFAF, the session offered valuable insights aimed at enhancing administration, aligning with global best practices, and fostering the growth of American football in Kenya.
“This training was a valuable opportunity to build capacity, enhance administration, and align with global best practices as we continue developing American football in Kenya,” read part of a statement from the federation.
KFAF expressed appreciation to NOCK for creating spaces that empower federations to nurture the next generation of sports leaders.
The KFAF delegation comprised Vice President Ondeng, Secretary General Shisoka, Treasurer Muchiti, and Female Athletes Representative Bridgit Kamamia.
