Homeowners and
investors on Saturday, November 8, arrived with anticipation for the
long-awaited official handover of the Keza Phase 1 units, marking not just a
completion of of homes but the realization of a shared vision.
“KEZA began as an
idea, and 24 months later, it has grown into a living, thriving community,”
said Samuel Kariuki, CEO of Mi Vida Homes. “This is more than real estate; it’s
a promise honored.”
All day, guests
explored wide walkways, landscaped courtyards, and bright, modern interiors as
many paused to admire how much care had gone into every detail, from the
finishing to the flow of natural light.
KEZA Riruta sits
on 7.5 acres along Naivasha Road, designed to offer peace within reach of the
city.
Its architecture
promotes balance - open spaces, natural ventilation, and generous green pockets
that make it feel calm and grounded.
At the center of
the development is Mugumo Plaza, a landscaped communal area inspired by the
sacred fig which remains on the site. The plaza is intended to serve as the
social and emotional heart of the community - a place to meet, relax, and
celebrate.
Planned community
amenities include a residents’ gym, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse, all
designed to encourage healthy living and meaningful connection.
"Our homes
are designed for functionality, natural light, and modern comfort," added
Samuel Kariuki.
They include
premium studios starting at Ksh.2.7 million, one-bedroom homes at Ksh.4.6
million, two-bedroom homes at Ksh.7.4 million, and three-bedroom homes at Ksh.9.2
million.
“Every detail of
KEZA was chosen to make daily life better,” said Project Engineer Kennedy
Otieno. “We built with the future in mind — one that values people, peace, and
progress."
As afternoon
arrived, fireworks illuminated the skyline, reflections shimmering across the
buildings as homeowners and investors cheered together.
“A project is only
as good as its promise,” said CEO Samuel Kariuki. “And today, we are proud to
show what keeping a promise looks like.”
