The victims' families, alongside Amnesty International, are now asking the government to move beyond rhetoric and take action to end enforced disappearances

The families of the victims are also faulting the government and, particularly, the panel of experts on compensation for demonstrations and public protests for failing to include them in the ongoing reparations.

For now, these families are holding onto their faith that the truth about their loved ones will one day be revealed, that they will get justice and closure.
