Speaking in Kusumu on Saturday, Wandayi says Kenyans have a right to picket and express their views, but political leaders inciting Kenyans to take to the streets bear ill intent.
He maintained that the Luo community and the followers of the late ODM leader Raila Odinga are firmly behind the broad-based government, and will remain to honour the partnership.
"It was already decided before he died that we work closely with President William Ruto. And that is what we are doing now, we shall do tomorrow, until 2032," he noted.
He therefore urged residents Nyanza region to reject dissenting leaders, saying they do not have the interests of the community at heart.
His sentiments were shared by Kisumu West MP Roza Buyu, saying any attempts to sway the Luo community from President Ruto's government will be met with resistance.
Buyu said the Luo community has courted many regimes before, but only Ruto's government has fully involved them in administrative affairs.
