CPF Group emerges top at FKE's Employer of the Year Awards

CPF emerged as the overall winner among 85 participating organisations following a rigorous evaluation that assessed leadership, human resource management, corporate performance, and social responsibility. Coca-Cola Beverages Africa – Kenya and Kabarak University were named first and second runners-up, respectively.

In addition to the top award, CPF also won two major category titles — the Diversity & Inclusion Award and the SMEs Award — for its efforts to promote equity, inclusion, and employee empowerment.
